Anxiety, Depression, & Self-Confidence
Sometimes feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression come from a specific situation. Sometimes they seem to hit you out of nowhere and make no logical sense. Regardless, our inner critics can be relentless and cruel. They simultaneously tell us that it is our fault and insist that there is nothing we can do to fix the situation. But these critics are not our true voices. They have been sculpted by abusive and oppressive systems that were built to keep us from achieving what we are capable of.

I want to offer a space to question that inner critic and decide what belongs to you and
what is an imposter. You are capable of achieving incredible things both in your personal life and elsewhere. I want to help you quiet those voices that say otherwise.
Whether you just need a little guidance through a rough patch, or you constantly feel like the
ground is falling out from under you, therapy can help.

I have worked with adults of all ages and genders to get through the stuck points in their
lives and achieve their goals. I lean into Interpersonal Neurobiology to help identify how our
brains and bodies impact our relationships and our sense of self. I often use somatic techniques
to help clients reconnect with their bodies in a world where we are often told to shut down our feelings and
override our nervous systems in order to "fit in". Your body is wise. You are wise. Let's work together to help you remember.
